SIGRID RÜEGG is the Grande Dame of Munich nightlight (and will celebrade her 80th birthday in spring 2003). After 30 years at the fabulous "Chesa Rüegg" on the Munich's exclusive Maximilianstrasse, she met her present business partner running his beautiful piano bar "The Madrigal". The third partner,

ROGER BARANDA sailed the seven seas and visited the 5 continents in his role on board the luxurious cruise ship "THE MERMOZ" and then as chef on Jacques Cousteau's legendary ship "CALYPSO". Later he also sailed with Cousteau's son Phillippe on expeditions to Africa, and enhanced his love of exotic spices, fruits and vegetables, as well as acquiring a 20th century taste for interior decoration with a colonial atmosphere.

ROLAND DIMPFL is very well known in the artistic milieux of Munich. He abandoned his theatre career and joined Siggi and Roger, charming the customers with his brilliant sense of humor and perfect feel for good service, thus ensuring that everyone's dinner and evening are unforgetable!
